The Painted House

It is esential to have a professional inspection performed on the brand new home you are buying!

Buying a new house is likely one of, if not the largest purchase decision you’ll ever
make! The whole process is fraught with emotion and stress.
A professional home
inspection will help reduce the risk for your large investment in a new home
It just makes sense to learn as much as you can about the quality of your new
home, before signing off on everything.

Whatever property you’re purchasing, the pre-delivery inspection is an opportunity to verify that the contractor has completed all of the work in accordance with standards and regulations. Generally, the defects that are noted are synonymous with incomplete work, bad workmanship, deterioration, etc.

If flaws or defects are not noted during the pre-delivery inspection, the buyer has three days to add them to the list of work to be corrected or completed, only if they have not yet moved into the house or condo. After this time, apparent defects that have not been identified will be excluded from an action in warranty. For the relatively small cost, a professional inspection of your new dream home can pay big dividends in peace of mind and getting any problems identified and corrected before they can become an unpleasant surprise.
